Shipping Information

To keep our shipping costs down, all of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer or local distributor to your door. In some cases, this may mean that some of the items in your order will arrive separately or at different times.

Shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia

To place an order for delivery to Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and use the checkout button to complete your purchase. Please note that at this time, PayPal and Google Checkout cannot be used for international orders. After you have entered your shipping address, you will be taken to the payment page which will have the exact shipping cost for your order. The table below will give you a general idea of the shipping cost for each country.

Shipping Outside the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia

To place an order for delivery to any other country or to an APO address, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart then click the "International Order" button at the bottom of the page on the left side of your screen. No payment is due at this time. As soon as we receive your request for an International Order, we will respond to your request with the shipping cost for the items you have added to your shopping cart. If you would like to proceed with the order, we will send you an invoice for payment through PayPal.

Incorrect Shipping Address or Refusal of Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, or you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost and the original shipping cost we incurred in shipping your order to you. Return shipping and original shipping charges will apply even if the order was originally shipped to you for free. Once we have received the returned order, we will refund you the amount of your order minus our original and return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee.
