If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return any items in a new and un-used condition and we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping and a re-stocking fee. Please note that if the item you purchased came with free shipping or you paid our flat-rate shipping of $7.95, you are still responsible for the difference between what the manufacturer charged us to ship your items to you less any shipping cost you have already paid. In some cases, the shipping cost the manufacturer charged us may be as high as $20-$30.

To arrange for the return of an unused product, simply Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. TinyTotties will not accept any returns that do not have a RMA number.

Returns received more than 30 days after the date your order was placed will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
