Returned items must be in a new condition in their original packaging.

Return Exceptions

For healthy and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any used or washed items. Additionally, items that have been exposed to smoke may not be returned.

We are also unable to accept returns for custom orders. Custom Orders include all wall letters, wall decals, wall signs, wall shapes, gift cards, personalized artwork, fabric, and all products by Doodlefish, Twelve Timbers, Decal Decor, and Vinyl Lettering.

Defective Product

All of our manufacturers stand behind their products and warrant them to be free of defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please Contact Us within 30 days of the date you receive your order and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement of the defective product.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns for Items Purchased Over 90 Days

Please note that refunds for items purchased more than 90 days prior to the return date will be made by check and sent to the billing address provided in your order.

Missing Order

Any product you purchase from TinyTotties is mailed to you via a shipping contract with the shipping carrier. Accordingly, the risk of loss and title to this product transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Once you have placed an order, we will notify you via email of the estimated delivery date. If your order has not been received by the estimated delivery date, please Contact Us within 7 business days so that we may contact the shipper on your behalf and help you file a claim if the shipment has been lost. If you do not Contact Us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, we will not be able to assist you with locating the shipment.

Refusal of Delivery / Incorrect Shipping Address

At TinyTotties, we are committed to keep our shipping costs down so that we can continue to offer you the best possible pricing on everything we sell. Accordingly, if delivery is refused on an order, or an incorrect shipping address was provided, we must charge you the return shipping cost or the cost the shipping carrier charges to correct the shipping address. If a delivery is refused, you will also be responsible for the original shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee.

International Shipping

If your order is being shipped to an address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any duties or customs that may be charged by the country where the items are being shipped to.
