Shipping Information
To keep our shipping costs down, all of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer or local distributor to your door. In some cases, this may mean that some of the items in your order will arrive separately or at different times.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Refusal of Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, or you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost and the original shipping cost we incurred in shipping your order to you. Return shipping and original shipping charges will apply even if the order was originally shipped to you for free. Once we have received the returned order, we will refund you the amount of your order minus our original and return shipping costs.
Shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia
To place an order for delivery to Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and use the checkout button to complete your purchase. Please note that at this time, Google Checkout cannot be used for international orders. After you have entered your shipping address, you will be taken to the payment page which will have the exact shipping cost for your order. The table below will give you a general idea of the shipping cost for each country.

Customs/Duties
If your order is being shipped to an address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any duties or customs that may be charged by the country where the items are being shipped to. These amounts are your responsibility - we will charge you only for the price of the merchandise and our shipping and handling costs. You may be required to pay these additional amounts before the courier will release your packages to you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, since policies vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information, as these additional charges can be significant.
