If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return any items in a new and un-used condition and we will refund your purchase price less the original shipping cost. Please note that if the item you purchased came with free shipping or you paid our flat-rate shipping of $6.95, you are still responsible for the difference between what the manufacturer charged us to ship your items to you less any shipping cost you have already paid. In some cases, the shipping cost the manufacturer charged us may be as high as $20-$30 for a bedding set with 3 or 4 accessories.

There is no Re-stocking Fee for returned items. However, if an item is not returned in its original packaging or the packaging has been damaged and cannot be re-used, there will be a charge for the packaging of $3 per item.

To arrange for the return of an unused product, simply Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. TinyTotties will not accept any returns that do not have a RMA number.

Returns received more than 30 days after the date your order was placed will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Return Exceptions

For healthy and safety reasons, we regret that we are not able to accept returns on any used items.

We are also unable to accept returns for custom orders. Custom Orders include all wall letters, wall decals, wall signs, wall shapes, personalized artwork, fabric, and all products by Doodlefish, Twelve Timbers, and Kreation4Kids.

We are also unable to accept returns for any items made by Shermag or Tuffo.

Defective Product

All of our manufacturers stand behind their products and warrant them to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. If you believe you have received a defective product, please Contact Us within 30 days of the date your placed your order and we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the defective product.
